[WriteLog] Problem with ANARTS scoring

All,

Checking the Parameter screen is one of the steps in the 'Universal Setup'
section of my web site. I now have it down so that I can set up a PC for a
contest in less than 15 minutes by following the steps in the Universal
Setup section. Following the process insures that you don't miss something
important for the contest.
