pcconnection.com and Insight.com (among others) have Matrox 450 and 550
cards for sale ($90-$120 NIB) Do your research, there are several
sub-versions of these cards. Not all the sub-versions support dual
monitors, not all dual monitor versions have two SVGA connectors, some of
the dual versions have a SVGA connector and the 2nd connection is for the
newer flat panel system and DVI, and may (or may not) come with a SVGA
adapter for the 2nd output. There are 16MB and 32MB versions, for what most
hams want to do I suspect that the 16MB version will work just fine, if
your planning on playing Tomb Raider on two screens at maximum resolution
then you may need the larger memory.

If you live near a large metro area find one of the smaller "hacker"
computer shops where the "gamers" go. They sometimes have used ones where
the guy just traded in and upgraded to the latest go-faster-gee whiz
version.
