[WriteLog] Writelog and IC751A

Hi, All:

Recently I bought a UX-14PX, a level converter for IC751A and installed.  
When I run PC-DOS and CT on my notebook PC, my UX-14PX works well.  

I run Win2k and Writelog on my console PC, open Port Setup window and 
set up as follows:

Rig: COM1, Rig type: Icom IC-751, Baud: 9600. Poll: checked, Comm PTT: No

Then I save this configuration, close Writelog and run again.  

The frequency counter beside Entry Window changes as VFO of IC751A does.  
But, I cannot change the band by alt+f1 and alt+f2 and the frequency 
by entering from Entry Window.  

I manipulated DIP SW on UX-14PX, replaced the hex address of IC751A with 
that of IC781, IC761 etc and tried again, but failed.  

Any help and suggestions will be appreciated.
