[WriteLog] Editing Cabrillo Category listing

The ARRL Robot has kicked back my June ARRL VHF log because the category says 
SINGLE-OP ALL LOW MIXED and the robot doesn't like "MIXED" one bit.  I can't 
figure out how to get it out of there.  The Writelog manual doesn't deal with 
editing the Cabrillo headings since it's probably a Windows editing problem 
which anyone familiar with Windows can easily deal with.  I obviously can't.
