[WriteLog] WriteLog Bug with Unclaimed QSOs

I noticed a bug in WriteLog during the contest that would have cost me 15000
points if I hadn't caught it:

When a QSO is marked as unclaimed (Red X next to the Serial number) a
subsequent QSO with the same station on the same band is marked as a DUPE.
This happened to me as I had attempted to work a station on 160 and was
unsure of his response but I had already hit the enter key so I just marked
the QSO as unclaimed.  Later he called me again on 80 meters and we QSYed to
160 and made the contact.
