Well new things are always happening on the bands. CW operations up at 21.080 plus which is fine, but gee do turn off your sound cards so you don't broadcast cluster spots on 21.082.1 LSB! After a couple of announcements and one spot the offender seems to have found the problem, which is BTW really quite easy to do.
