[WriteLog] Edit callsign

During SS I made a note to correct a call KS7... to KH7...  Well when I went
in after the test to do the edit each time I tried to edit the call the
program crashed.  It said it would write an error log.  Can't find that or
why I can't edit this one call.

Also how come after the contest when I have done the writing of the cabrillo
and other files and want to close the program it asks if I want to save the
file.  If I say yes it says only writelog can do that and asks the question
again.  If I say no it exits fine.
