[WriteLog] ptt and rig control

As a follow-up to my last note -- if i tell
WL that i have com1 set as my **CW** port
then it does use the PTT=yes setting.  So
Gil, can you do rig control on one port and
SSB PTT on another if you are *NOT* using 
a serial port for CW/CW+PTT ?
