[WriteLog] how to get single logs for JARTS

There is no way. You can do it though by extracting it sorted by band and
then use an editor to take out one band at a time.
I guess so few contest require this (thank god what a ridiculous
requirement) that they did not think it wroth the effort to have it in the
program.
