[WriteLog] Oceania DX Scoring

All,

I saw an earlier posting claiming that the scoring for the Oceania DX 
Constest was not correct in Writelog. I saw no further posts so I was 
hoping someone could clarify if is correct or not.  I am using 10.33C.
