[WriteLog] Rigmanager not found?

I wanted to replay a WL file of last years WWPH and could not start up
Writelog. 

It says that it can't find Rigmanager and terminates execution. WLOGRI32.DLL
is OK in the programs dir, registry item seems to be OK and matches the
record in Writelog.ini. 

Version 10.28C (I think this is the last I'm entitled to). Is it an expiry
issue or what?

Did not change anything on Writelog since the FQP.
