[WriteLog] SARTG RTTY Cabrillo grayed out, OCDX summary problem.

Is there a fix yet for the SARTG_RTTY Cabrillo field
being grayed out?
 Also have not been able to create a summary sheet for
the Oceania DX (cabrillo is OK). After 'Save as'
always getting error msg:
 
c\.....\ocdx.rtf  can not find this file 
Please verify that correct path and filenameare given.
 
 I think SARTG dead line is today?
