[WriteLog] Window configuration

I learned during the CQWW RTTY Contest about detaching windows and
configuring useful RTTY setups.

What I apparently did NOT learn was how to save those configurations. I
saved my file, closed WL, reopened it---and all my careful window
adjustments were gone and I was back to the default screen setup. How do I
save the screen setup?
