[WriteLog] CW Key - PC generates - failure defined / solved

To reproduce failure, have cw keying disabled, save configuration.  Quit =
Writelog.  Restart WriteLog.  Setup/Ports enable cw keying, click PC =
generates.  Click OK.  Rig interface dies, but keying works.

Solution:

Be brave, save configuration although rig interface is dead.  Quit =
Writelog.  Restart WriteLog.
Everything is now working.

Discovered accidently half hour before PA Qso Party when I decided =
between the two I'd rather have keying, edited writelog.ini to set up a =
cut-numbers section, restarted Writelog...  I didn't notice right away =
that the rig interface was working.  Once I saw it I had no idea what I =
had done to fix it, and was afraid to touch anything till the contest =
was over :)  .  Verified the steps today, its repeatable, here at least.
