[WriteLog] PA QSO Scoring Blip

This is no big deal, but it is a small blip that
probably can be addressed rather easily.

I jumped in the PAQP for 50 QSOs and noted my score
of 21,000 points in the band summary window.

I thought that seemed a bit high, and when I printed
out a contest report, I checked to see what the
breakdown of CW points vs SSB points was....

The final score on the report was 2,100...a big
difference from 21K in the band summary!
Obviously, something is getting multiplied by 10
somewhere along the way.

I'm running 10.35F.
