[WriteLog] Ctcompatible

I just set up my SSB buffers yesterday, and didn't notice this happening 
at all (WL 10.36G, WInXP on one computer, Win98 on the other).
Just in case the obvious is being overlooked, the cursor needs to be in 
the QSO window for F1 to work. If it's elsewhere, then the help window 
opens.
