[WriteLog] Re: CTCompatible and F1 brings up the help screen.

I had this too, but it turns out the help screen only comes up if 
there's a problem accessing the wav file for the CQ. If writelog can't 
play the wav file, you get the help screen. Make sure the wav file is OK 
and in the correct place. Once I fixed that, it worked fine. Also it is 
case sensitive. It must be "YES".
