[WriteLog] writelog, mmtty, and ptt

i use winwarbler, zakanaka, mmtty stand alone, etc... and have no problems
with my ptt circuit (com2 dtr/rts).

i've just noticed that whenever i open writelog, my transmitter keys.  i've
used mmtty from writelog before with no problems and i'm having a hard time
figuring this out.  i use a tentec pegasus.  i must have changed something
inadvertently, but darned if i can figure out what it is.

last week i used kenwood ts430 for JARTS and i had to use a pk232 to
transmit with because i couldn't get the ptt to work right with sound card
afsk.

is there a .ini file i need to change?  it's writelog 10.36G.
