[WriteLog] DXTelnet - Outgoing Spots

Is there a preferred order for starting up WriteLog versus DXTelnet?

I've had difficulty a few times in the past at getting the spots that I was 
seeing in DXT to flow into WL, and managed to fix it by restarting one or 
both of the programs.
