[WriteLog] Time Jump CORRECTED !!

No, thats not right. London also uses Daylight savings time. If you want to
stay on GMT, use Casablanca. Myself I just use the normal time zone for my
QTH (PST)  and tell Windows to use daylight savings time. WL works fine this
way.
