[WriteLog] callsign problem

Hello Terry,

I believe You should read in the help file the topic "Setting of DXCC".
It is a feature in WriteLog.ini.

I hope You have got the printed help file on your right hand side.
Without this it is almost impossible to manage Writelog. There are too
many features and functions.
