[WriteLog] No CW from LPT1

If you are running NT, WIN2000, WINXP , or any of the 32 bit variants then
WriteLog is not capable of producing CW from the LPT port. The OS does not
allow direct accesses and WriteLog does not contain a driver to provide it.
OTOH DX4WIN does (if it works it MUST) have a driver so it can access the
port.
Your only choice is to find a third party driver or to add COM ports. It is
easier and cheaper to add ports.
One day perhaps WriteLog will make use of the free third party driver that
is used by some other programs and will support it.
