[WriteLog] Clariification from W6OTC Contest Manager

Bottom line, it doesn't matter if your logging software has an up to 
date mult file. When you submit your log, the score is recalculated 
by the log checking software. What you have in your Cabrillo file for 
score doesn't matter.
