[WriteLog] Enter sends exchange & QRZ

I have the subject option checked.  However, it is my understanding from
reading the release notes that if a valid call is in the call window will
this not only send the exchange but automatically space me over to the
report received field.  This is NOT happening.  Is there something else that
I need to set up for this feature?
