[WriteLog] a more realistic contest Duty Cycle

I made up a couple buffers in MMTTY that would be representative of actual
contest exchanges. I tried them into a dummy load attempting to simulate
normal time sequences.
I think my listening segments during cq's may be a bit longer than most
people due to my inadequate antennas and the need to listen a bit harder.
I'll leave the math calculations of the exact time sequence/duty cycles to
someone better than I but it looks to be approximately 50% +/-.

But to my non-analytical eye it appears that from the start of first
transmission to the end of the last transmission was almost one minute with
a duration of 27 seconds total transmitting time.

I concede that this would be best case scenarios.
