[WriteLog] what is the rtty duty cycle

I fully agree with Joe.  With the new solid state radios, full output should be
no problem for most radios.  The smaller radios like the TS-50 or FT-100
may be rated less, but everything else should be able to handle the load.

It reminds me of when I purchased by first Icom IC-751A.  I called Icom and
asked them if I could run the radio at full output on FSK and if so, for how long.  The
guy laughed at me.  He said there was no time limit for full key down.

I've had 6 solid state radios that I've used on RTTY.  I've run them full power
out with absolutely no problems.  If your radio runs hot to the touch, you
may want to add a muffin fan on it or reduce power.  Otherwise, crank it up.
If it blows up, it's not worth having.
