[WriteLog] Canadian areas in WL

Is it a possible oversight in the CQ/RJ WW RTTY DX Rules?

Should the rules not indicate Canadian Post Office abbreviations?

i.e.: VE1 = NB and NS, VE2 = PQ, VE3 = ON ........... Etc...

I think the Canadian Areas would be redundant VE3GSI = VE3.

In my WL Version 10.35F for the contest CQ RJ WWW this week-end I am not
able to use the Canadian areas VE2, VE3 ... and so on .. 
It looks like it only accept 2 letters ??

Anybody with comments ??
