It doesn't matter whether it's a subband or not. Power output is limited 
above 21.100.

With the CQWW RTTY contest in full swing, there's RTTY activity well above 
21.100 (and well below 21.070)


Thanks for the reminder John. No worries here - not playing in the contest 
and sold my AL-80B a year ago....
