[WriteLog] MMTTY Plug-In Installation Error on NT 4.0

Hello,

    Has anyone installed the MMTTY Plug-in under NT 4.0?
When I attempt to install the plug-in, the registration of
mmttytnc.dll fails to register.  It seems to have unresolved
external function issues with the KERNEL32.DLL.  Any
help would be appreciated.  Thanks.

P.S.  Running NT 4.0 with SP4.  Trying to install latest
MMTTY plug-in version MMTTYPluginforWritelog_V13.Exe
