[WriteLog] SO2R & W5XD/K5DJ KEYER

I have finally sorted the problem of the "latch" facility apparently not
working when operating SSB with the W5XD/K5DJ keyer.   This was very much by
trial-and-error as the information is not included in any of the on-line
"help" files.

1 - Open "Port Setup" window
2 - Click on CW PTT button (bottom right-hand of screen)
3 - Tick button marked "On LPT pin 16/COMM RTS".
4 - Be sure to SAVE THE CONFIGURATION.
