[WriteLog] MERGE LOGS

The MERGE command is missing in the File pull-down menu in v10.40j.
And doesn't show up under any of the other menus either.

Nothing in the Revision History saying it was dropped for a reason so we
can only assume it was left out accidentally and not caught by the beta testers.
