[WriteLog] Multipliers for NA QP wrong. How to fix?

Hi,

according to the NA QP rules, only North American stations can be countes as
a multiplier. However, WriteLog counts, XE, TI etc. How can I fix this
before I export to Cabrillo?  Can I?
