[WriteLog] Version 10.33c and cabrillo for WAE

"All computer-generated "electronic logs" should be submitted as a file
either by E-Mail or on disk. We prefer to receive data either in the
Cabrillo format or in the DARC STF format."

Writelog 10.41b creates a Cabrillo file for WAE and includes all QTC traffic
in the file. Possibly this was not so in earlier versions of WL. Good reason
to keep your copy up to date.
