[WriteLog] CQWW CW CABRILLO latest version 10.43F

Apparently, the program does not save your power level, or the mode. So,
every time you open the Cabrillo file, you have to reset the power and mode
from High and Mixed respectively to whatever is correct for your entry.

The program should save it for you, but it does not.

I noticed this, corrected it, and Writelog emailed it for me. It was
accepted by the CQWW robot the first time.

When I exported the log for the CQWW CW to Cabrillo, the text file generated
for a Single Operator All Band High Power had an added word "MIXED" in the
category line.

Useful for the 10 meter contest no doubt, but causes the CQ robot to reject
your log submission. I had to edit the text file to remove "mixed" and
manually submit it to the robot.

I exported to the cabrillo 3 times and the same problem each time. Minor
bug in cabrillo generator?
