Prior to cqcw, I did NOT download the 18nov03 cty file.

Subsequently, I DID....did run the convert program, and
re-opened and rescored my log.  Again, it did NOT recognize
to4ww or the to6.  

Is there a subtlety in doing this?  Do you have to delete 
the prior file first?   There was never a flag, asking about
overwrite permission.  

Strange, eh?   It was a seriously compromised effort, so one
or two countries more or less isn't going to change things
in any meaningful way. But it would be nice to make sure the 
update process works, before the next time.
