[WriteLog] ARRL Robot not accepting Writelog Cabrillo output

[Bob Naumann - N5NJ]

Mine was accepted immediately and sent from within WriteLog (totally cool
added feature!).

I used the new version 10.44B.

What version of WriteLog are you using?
