[WriteLog] 160 Scoring

If you do not get a S/N from the station that you contacted, It doesn't
count. May as well delete the contact.

I agree with the Jerry. All you need to do is ask him if your his first
contact?  Perhaps you were his 3rd or 4th contact. He just forgot to give
it.

If you did not get the proper exchange, the Q does not count.

Do what you want. I know what I would do.
