KV4FV was probably Freddie KV4FZ who is back on.  Either the call needs
to be changed to FZ (he is in the cty file and the ARRL section file) or
dropped.  KV4FV is in Alabama but not a known contester and he would have
sent AL probably.

As to the other calls in KP4 or KP2 not showing the location I would use
what was sent.  If nothing was sent
make a note of this and use the accepted location for the ARRL 160.

This is a problem for all Dx in both the ARRL and CQ 160 contests.  For
the CQ 160 use what is sent!!
