[WriteLog] ARRL 10M: KH6 and KL7

Oops. Re-read the rules. Did they change the rules for ARRL 10M this year?
KH6 and KL7 don't send serial numbers.

Log what they sent. WL will not score it correctly, but the
Cabrillo will be right.
