Not that I know of.  Losing cursor focus from the log line is certainly a 
nuisance.  But, definitely a good idea.  Something for Wayne to ponder for a 
future release, hi.

Auto-CQ is set with alt-T.  I find that something around 2.7 to 3.0 seconds 
works best for me for CW cq's.

In "SETUP I CW/RTTY/SSB messages", go to Browse and find the *.wl file that 
has the message format you want.  Works great!

I don't know what is recommended, but my CWPTTDELAY=10 in writelog.ini.  It 
must be ok, as I have never fiddled with it.

Nope.  This can also be done in NA, and is a good feature.
