The function key assignments (including the F-key messages) and INI
files are separate--each machine in the network has its own. The
recommended practice for getting the network started, however, is
to start with a single blank .WL file and copy it to all the PC's.
This copying processing makes sure that all are logging the same
exchange. But once the copy is done, each machine can be separately
customized.

That doesn't completely solve the problem you describe, though. 
The customization of the keys (and screen layout) is a preference
that an operator carries with him from PC to PC. WL doesn't have
any easy way for him to do that.

We expect that some one operator doing the multi-op have paid for 
registration code being used. One is enough. Zero is not.
