[WriteLog] Clipped callsigns

The only time you would want to do this is if you sent the suffix wrong pre=
viously when you sent the whole callsign.

Writelog does have the ability to modify what you send in those circumstanc=
es to either the whole call, or the part that you corrected.

Why are you seeking to do this?
