[WriteLog] ComSlotX=X... Goes where?

Here's an excerpt from my .ini file.  K9JY's site instructions seem simple
enough, however I don't see the spot to put the ComSlotX=X "alias" to change
my Com5 into Com3 for rig#2 control purposes.  Do I just "stick" this line
into that section?
