[WriteLog] INSERT doesn't grab highlighted call

Just to clarify, INSERT did send the exchange, but it did not send the call
first.   My buffer has the correct %C code in it to send the call, and it works
if I manually grab the callsign and hit F4.  So INSERT sends the F4 part, but
without the callsign first.
