[WriteLog] Writelog on RTTY

It is NOT mainly a RTTY program. Period. It is a contest logging program
which supports many contests, some of which are RTTY.

MMTTY seems to be the premier FREE rtty program and it works quite well. It
also interfaces well with Writelog which is, I suspect, why so many of us
use it.

As for the rtty/writelog debate, I'd be REALLY happy to not have to delete
any more e mails on it!
