[WriteLog] Accel Keys Help Page: Incomplete, Wrong or Misunderstood?

This weekend, using WriteLog V10.29C in CT compatible mode and Enter Sends
TU/QRZ, I found the following:

1) CTRL+ENTER does not enter a QSO silently.  It enters the QSO, but also
sends the message associated with the TU/QRZ message buffer (#3, in my
setup).  SHIFT+ENTER works as described (silent enter), but CTRL+ENTER is
more convenient for one with fat fingers.

2) CTRL+C does not abort a programmed message in progress.  Escape does
abort a message in progress OK.

So, is the code, the Help file, or me?
