Andrea,

Please download the new namedmul.ini file from the Writelog web site. This 
has all these multipliers set up correctly.

DC sometimes belongs to Maryland MD, sometimes it is MDC and other contests 
is a mulitplier in its own right.
PQ is an alias. The Province is Quebec or QC
YT is Yukon
