I'd like to avoid cryptic notations.  N & W would not be obvious to everyone. 
 I'd rather see NEED or WORKED.  But, not at the end of the call...I think 
that would be very confusing.  Should be beside the Band number, ie., 160 
NEED, 80 WORKED, IMO.  And I still like the idea of colors.
