Have you tried different settings of the "Priority" setting on
the Misc tab?  The default is Normal, but for me, either Higher
or Highest works better.  Critical, on the other hand, does not
work at all.

I'm using MMTTY 1.63 and WinXP home, single radio, single
computer.
