[WriteLog] Two Operating Questions

Ran into the continuous CQ problem with <Alt><T> also but solved it. The
time you enter is not the time interval between repeats but the time from
the start of the first message to the time of the second message. SO, if
your message is long, you just need to increase the interval. A minor
programming bug but an easy workaround.
